Requests for service can be conducted via e-mail, fax or telephone. In many cases faulty units can be collected on the day of request, repaired and dispatched the following day for receipt the day after, keeping customer inconvenience to a minimum and avoiding the under utilisation of expensive capital equipment.

All repairs or components fitted during the refurbishment of units are covered by a 12 month warranty.
